Fortune 500 Merger of Equals

Developed and implemented the strategy for assessment and integration of cultures during merger of equals of two fortune 500 firms.  Work included sessions with  newly combined executive leadership team to create  values and culture attributes for the new, combined company. Successful integration resulted in best-in-class employee engagement scores and industry leading financial performance for consecutive years post-merger.


Helped a start up business integrate two companies by providing clarity of leadership model and expectations and aspirations of new leadership team.  Developed a comprehensive employee communication process that engaged the employee base and quickly gained their trust in the new leaders and goals of the combined company.

Transforming HR

Worked with an HR Executive to take an HR function from a transactional model to consultative, business partner model.  Designed and implemented a talent assessment and identification process, clear performance goals, and extensive development process.  Provided change management consulting and strategy to ensure long-term success of new model.

Leadership Support

Worked with board of directors to provide assessment and feedback to an executive leader as she transitioned into a new firm.  Facilitated a start up session with her new leadership team to quickly reset expectations and build trust among the team and leader.

Talent Management System

Partnered with executive leadership team to build an effective broad scale talent management system for an organically grown corporate business with 5000 employees.  Plan included talent identification and recruiting, succession management, development, compensation, leadership coaching and quarterly metric system to measure progress
